2018 Shiraz 'The Whistler'

Our 3.2-acre Shiraz vineyard was planted in 1990 and is situated on sandy loam/clay soils at a high elevation contributing to their unique character.

‘The Whistler’ (named after my Grandmother Cassie McCaffrey), has been aged in French Oak, delivering a wine that’s rich in Red & Black berries, spice and savoury textured tannins.

Pairs beautifully with beef wellington and of course a little dark chocolate
