Our sparkling wine is made in the traditional method of secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine produced offers a lovely bouquet of melon with brioche and toasty flavours, delivering a smooth and dry sparkling wine.
Our 1.8-acre Semillon vineyard was planted in 1990 and is situated on sandy loam/clay soils at a high elevation. With grapes handpicked from our distinct three-clone vineyard, our Semillon is a wine of complex character with delicate citrus flavours.

Our Verdelho is sunshine in a bottle – pale straw in colour with guava and melon on the nose, combined with balanced acidity, our Verdelho delivers an elegant finish.
Medium body, dry style and nicely balanced Chardonnay delivering crisp notes of pear, apple and lemon peel with just a hint of creamy cashew to finish.
Our handpicked grapes, grown here on the estate, were aged in French Oak for 12 months producing a wine rich in red fruits, spice and finely structured tannins.

Once smelt never forgotten. The aromatic nature of Cabernet Franc is immediately evident here. Plums and red berries on the palate providing that savoury textured finish which is quintessentially French, the memory will linger.

‘The Whistler’ (named after my Grandmother Cassie McCaffrey), has been aged in French Oak, delivering a wine that’s rich in red & black berries, spice and savoury textured tannins.
