To activate your membership simply create your Club Choices for your twelve bottle case in June, and then scroll down to create your November case selection. These can be the same or different, totally up to you.
To confirm your selection note the number of each varitey you would like to include in your case so your selection adds up to 12 or more bottles and placing a zero where you do not wish to include a particular variety.
Member commitment mailouts (scheduled wine deliveries) usually occur in June and November each year. Prior to half-yearly mailouts, members will be sent an email alert containing a link to the current McCaffrey's Estate wine selection. Members are welcome to select their own dozen wines for purchase from the current list or receive our Winemakers mixed seasonal dozen. Should a selection not be submitted, your fail safe dozen shall be sent, as indicated on your sign-up form.
*Please note, your annual member commitment (12 bottles every 6 months) must be up to date in order to be eligible for member-only specials. Initial sign-up is an agreement to purchase a minimum of 24 bottles of wine (at a 20% discounted members rate) over the first 12 months (usually divided into 2 x 12 bottle member mailouts).
An $80 cancellation fee will be applied if your membership is cancelled within the first 12 months.
Should you choose to cancel your membership after the initial 12 month period, written confirmation is required via email to info@mccaffreysestate.com.au
If you wish to create an order today you will need to create a Convivial Club account first, you will then be sent an email with instructions on how to sign in to your account and place a member's order to receive your discount.
There is no payment required to set up your account.
